After Hurricane Bill moved on, the Pridwin boat snuck off shore this week and came back with yellow-fin tuna and mahi mahi. The yellow fin were taken overnight and the mahi carefully plucked during the day around floating debris. Both are now on the Pridwin menu.

The Mahi-Mahi will be served at dinner as the Fish Special of the Day (one of our favorite preparations is with macadamia nuts and passion fruit beurre blanc). And the tuna will also be featured at the Pridwin’s last Wednesday night cookout of the season next week.
