The Pridwin Adds a Great Selection of Elixirs and Tonics, Non-Alcoholic Aguas Frescas to the Bar Menu

The Pridwin has long been associated with special cocktails and frozen drinks from the eponymous Pridwin Cocktail to the Pridwin’s very special Pina Colada and Banana Kahlua Colada. Our master mixologist Jean-Pierre Torrealba has been expanding that menu to include some new Pridwin libations:

BREEZE OVER THE ISLAND

Acai vodka, cucumber, tangerine, agave with a splash of soda.

CITRUS BLAST

Muddled lime, lemon and orange with a combination of Grey Goose Citrus and Orange, a splash of Cointreau and Chambord, topped with ginger ale.

CRESCENT BEACH

Muddled cucumber, pineapple and tangerine with Corzo Silver tequila and finished with champagne.

These are spectacular cocktails, but we are equally excited about the list of non-alcoholic aguas frescas that JP has created, such as:

CHERRY BASIL

Cherries and basil leaves muddled with lemonade and a splash of cranberry.

NO – JITO

Lime, lemon and mint muddled with fresh ice tea.

CUCUMBER COOLER

Muddled lemon, cucumber and dill topped with seltzer

MINT POMEGRANATE

Pomegranate syrup, fresh lemon juice, mint and seltzer

Non-alcoholic drinks aren’t just for pregnant women anymore…..they are for anyone who doesn’t want to wake up with a possible hangover! Try one of these drinks while watching the sunset or moon glow from the Pridwin deck and you’ll definitely feel better in the morning.
