For the free spirits, lovebirds and active types there is no better escape than the Pridwin. We have our own private pool and beach for swimming--lined with chaise lounges for just relaxing—as well as kayaks, sunfish, paddle boards for use on the bay and single-speed bikes for local touring. There are fun shops on Shelter Island and many places—vineyards, stores and sights--to visit in the nearby North Fork and Hamptons
There are many places to discover on Shelter Island, from secluded beaches to quaint shops to one of the greatest nature preserves, Mashomack, in the region. Ideally situated between the two forks of eastern Long Island, Shelter Island also offers easy access to the farms and vineyards of the North Fork as well as the glitz and ocean beaches of the Hamptons.
